Less drama, more meat
GUI — charcoal dining
The meat speaks for itself
Gui (구이) is the Korean word for grilled dishes. It is also all we care about: grass-fed rib-eye, wagyu short rib and free-farmed pork belly, cut in-house and cooked at your table over binchotan charcoal.
Sides stay sharp, the room stays calm, and the grill does the talking.

Walk-ins
A few tables are kept free for walk-ins. They sit outside the extraction line, so meats arrive cooked from the grill — same fire, less smoke.
